Haka - story of the catamaran

I did not poste in august, so you will see the big progres till now. Yesterday we lifted the cabin and the cockpit on the place.Today i screwed them together. Cookpit is not even,it is not leveld. I dont know when did it happen, it is not a big deal, it is just optics. Next thing what i am gone do is mast base

finaly both halfs were glued together

Second of June, started to work on the beams

The beams are almost finished but they need to be sanded, faired and painted (again the same sh.....).

and today on 18th of June the beams are painted

Building came to a fase where work is pretty monotonously, and that is sanding, fairing, painting and sanding and sanding and painting and fairingand sanding and the same story all over again. But it is nothing new for all of you who already built a boat. I have a help now, a young man is helping my by all that sheady work, so I speeded up the building I wanna be in water by the end of August.

Well this is my new location, it is very close to my home, what is positive, but on the other hand there is a owner who is a little bit of nerve wracking. well at least i will look to work faster. First i thought i will work the central pod or cockpit inside, but since i stowed the tools and all the materials in the room, there is not much space left. and ofcourse the doors are to small. The pod is 2.3 m x 2.5m, and the door is only 2.2 m high. So I decided to erect the plastic shed again but this time smaller,
